Darmstadt is a small city that is good for people who want a relaxed atmosphere with some energy. There are many young people here, which makes it lively but not too busy. If you like parks, you should visit Herrengarten. It is a large area with many activities, like picnics and walking. Getting around is easy, especially with several airports nearby, which helps if you like to travel. However, you might face some language issues if you do not speak German. The cost of living is usually reasonable, but some things can be more expensive than you might think. For some history, you can look at the local buildings – they are quite nice. If you want to know where to stay, neighborhoods close to the center are good for easy access to everything. Darmstadt is a nice place to work remotely or enjoy a good European experience!
