Panama City is a lively mix of modern life and rich culture, making it an interesting place to visit or live. It is known for its tall buildings and good tech infrastructure, and it is quickly becoming a center for digital nomads and business networks. It is safer than many other cities in South America, but costs can be higher than in smaller towns in the U.S. The local food is great, especially the fresh seafood, and you can also find many international dishes. The nightlife is active with places like Selina in Casco Viejo, where you can enjoy views from rooftops and go to clubs. However, if you want a lot of activities, it may be a bit quiet after a while; shopping, dining, and bars are the main attractions. Public transport can be difficult, and traffic jams make Uber the best choice. Just be careful when crossing the streets—there are not always crosswalks, but drivers usually stop for pedestrians. Overall, if you like a mix of city life and nice weather, Panama City is worth a... look!
