Toronto is a city known for its multicultural atmosphere and different seasons. If you enjoy warm summers and cool autumns, you will find enjoyment here. Although winters can be long and cold, those who like snow can have fun with activities like ice skating and skiing, which is a short trip away. However, be ready for high living costs—housing in the downtown area can be expensive, and groceries are also not cheap. Public transportation is good by North American standards, but the subway is not as good as in European cities. Additionally, traffic can be quite difficult. Making friends can be hard, as many people find locals to be polite but not very friendly, often serious about topics like housing and social issues. The nightlife is also relaxed; if you want a lively night out, you might have more fun in Montreal. On the positive side, the city has many ethnic neighborhoods where you can enjoy different kinds of food—some affordable options can be found if you search. Safety does... not seem to be a big issue unless you seek out trouble. So, if you are ready to explore a lively city and deal with its challenges, Toronto might surprise you!
